Privacy Policy
Siam Pocket Trip is a Thai travel-themed route puzzle game operated by Two Black Dogs Foundation Inc. This policy explains how the game saves your progress and how the app's connected services handle information.
Your game progress
The puzzle game does not require an account. Level progress, best star records, collected travel memories and preferences such as sound, haptics and reduced motion are saved in the app's storage on your device. A local backup helps recover a previous valid save if a write is interrupted. The game's save system does not upload these progress files to a game account or our own cloud-save service.
Device settings and permissions
The app reads your device's region setting as part of its configuration. This is not GPS or precise-location access. The native app currently does not enable camera or microphone access. You can change available permissions in iOS Settings.
Network connections and online content
The app can request content configuration and display an online service. Network providers receive information necessary to deliver requests, including your IP address, request time and technical connection information. Online pages may store cookies and website data and may process information you provide to them. Check the relevant service's privacy information before using its features.
When opening online content, the app sends its application identifier and, when available, an Adjust-generated identifier as URL parameters to that service. The local puzzle save files are not included in these parameters.
Measurement with Adjust
The app includes Adjust to measure installations and app sessions and understand acquisition performance. Depending on SDK configuration, Adjust processes device and app information, IP address, timestamps, session information and SDK identifiers. This processing is separate from your locally saved puzzle progress.
The current app configuration disables reading Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). This does not disable all Adjust processing. Any future use of tracking that requires Apple's permission must respect the applicable permission choice. Learn more in Adjust's privacy policy.
Storage and deletion
Local game data remains in the app's storage until removed. Deleting the app through iOS removes its local app data; offloading the app may preserve it. Device or iCloud backups, if enabled by you, are managed separately through Apple's settings. Deleting the app does not automatically delete data already held by online services or measurement providers.
For information about retention applicable to your data, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact micah@twoblackdogsfoundation.site. We will assess your request, verify your identity where necessary, and work with the relevant service providers to respond within the period required by applicable law. If information must be retained for a legal reason, we will explain the applicable limitation.
Security and your choices
The app uses HTTPS for its content configuration and supported remote content. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. You can manage iOS permissions, stop using connected services, or delete the app and its local data. Privacy requests concerning service-held information will be handled through the operator's published privacy contact.
Children
The local puzzle game does not ask for a name, email address or date of birth. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of connected services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to a service, contact the responsible operator to request review and deletion where applicable.
This support website
This website uses no analytics scripts or advertising cookies. Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery and may process connection information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Changes and contact
Updates to this policy will be made available in the app and at the published privacy policy address. Material changes to data use will be communicated as required.
